Hello everyone,
How are you all doing?
I’ve returned to India, and I finally completed moving the kitchen last week.
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to cater Japanese food, including sushi, at a sake event held by the Japanese Embassy!
I was in charge of preparing salmon and tuna. I wanted to share this update with you as it marked my first step in this new journey!
I’d love to hear about your progress as well, so please keep me updated!
Looking forward to staying in touch.
Best regards,
